Christmas 2019

With the support of Creative Longford and St Patrick’s Church, Ardagh, we had our Christmas Piano Concert on 23rd December. A lovely evening where everyone got to perform their own choice of pieces with a good selection of Christmas songs and carols thrown in for good measure! We heard exam pieces including Holiday Ragtime and Tranquility, Christmas classics such as Fairy tale of New York and Walking in the Air, together with film themes Amelie and Hedwig’s Theme. Swan Lake and the Nutcracker March also featured as well as more modern pieces such as November Rain and Let it go!

Gathering everyone together provided a perfect opportunity to congratulate those for success in examinations, say well done to those moving onwards and upwards in their piano learning quest and welcome our new students just starting out on their piano learning journey!
